Shipping & returns

Dear customer, on this page you will find the estimated delivery times per country. All our estimated delivery times are based on work days. We do our best to deliver your order within these timeframes, however, times may vary depending on your address and current shipping circumstances in the world. 

Please note that your shipping cost will be calculated during checkout depending on your delivery address. You will be able to see the estimated shipping costs before you place an order with us. 

***All import duties, national, and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer (incl. companies).

Delivery times 

All orders placed before 10:00 PM (CEST) will be aimed to be sent out the same day.

Don’t worry if your country is not on this list, we ship worldwide! Shipping to these countries starts from 19,95€, you will be able to see your shipping costs before you checkout.

** Please note that although we do our best to deliver your order within the given time frame, it could take longer due to circumstances out of our control. Sometimes your package could be held at customs which could increase the shipping time.

Returns

Are you not satisfied with the order you received or have you received a defective item? Then we will of course take care of it for you!

Please note that all business purchases are excluded from the right of withdrawal. 

Please note: second chance products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

There are 2 types of returns:

1: Conditions for returns within 30 days

Should you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, you may return the products without specifying any conditions. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the trader with all the accessories delivered and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. For the fastest possible processing of your return, we ask you to report the return via the online return form on our website. If you prefer not to use this form, that is no problem for us.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancelling, you have another 30 days to return your product. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products. Returns are always at your own risk, even if there are problems with the carrier.

Remarks:

There is no user damage visible, either on the product or on the packaging
There is no question of a custom-made product, such as products that have been specially printed or modified for the customer

Refund

If the returned products meet the above conditions, we will refund the full amount of your order, including shipping costs from the sender (By-VP), to your bank, credit card or PayPal account within 30 days after receipt of the cancellation declaration. If you have used Klarna, we will reduce the amount of the returned goods on this account. You will receive a credit invoice via e-mail. If the returned product(s) do not meet our return conditions, the purchase amount will not be credited and we will contact you about this.

2: Return due to defective / wrong product

Are your ordered items defective, damaged or wrongly delivered? We will solve this for you as soon as possible! Register your return via our returns portal and clearly state what is wrong. Try to add a picture so that we can clearly see what is wrong. 

After your return has been registered, we will immediately start assessing the request and will keep you informed.

By-VP RETURNS PORTAL

You can use the By-VP returns portal to return your order with DPD at a reduced rate.

Step 1: Go to our returns portal (click here) and log in with your order number (ORD) + postal code.

Step 2: Follow all the steps until you receive a return label

Step 3: Make sure the return is well packed, the product is in its original packaging and stick the received return label on the package and deliver it to a DPD service point.

Step 4: As soon as we have received the return shipment, we will make sure that the purchase amount will be refunded to the account within 30 days.

*We advise you to return the product in its original packaging. This packaging serves to protect the product during transport, so that you can return the product to us undamaged.
